What exactly is Hoop Exercise?

It’s a combination of Hoop Dancing, Aerobics and Yoga.

What if I’m not familiar with or never studied yoga?

Our program is more than just a Hoop Dancing class, it’s a full Exercise and Well Being program.

Our instructors not only teach the proper movement and balance moves but also basic yoga positions and meditative techniques to warm up, cool down, increase flexibility, and improve general muscle tone.

Is it difficult to learn Hoop Dancing techniques?

EVERYONE CAN HOOP! The basics come naturally, and the advanced techniques can be learned. It then just takes practice, which is the FUN part of our program. One of the benefits while you're learning and practicing the new moves is that you’re getting a great aerobic/cardio workout.
